Planning My Escape!

I am ready to run away from winter. However running away takes some planning. First I need a cup of coffee, and then plenty of books for research. Hey I am going old school here!

Maybe I will use a globe and a dart to pick where I go, though that could land me in the middle of some ocean...or worse somewhere colder and snowier!

Maybe I should search for something along the equator, as long as I pack plenty of sunscreen I should be safe and not sun burnt.

What is this?

I walked to the edge of the city and this is what I found. A strange stone something had sprouted up over night.

I checked it out from top to bottom and in the middle too. Maybe it was a new art installation? Whatever it was it was blocking the path so I tried to move it.

That sucker was going no where. So I did what any lazy loafer would do. I said forget about it and made myself comfortable. Maybe someone will come along and let me know exactly what it is, but till then I am content to chill out.

I Will Wait

As I stated in a previous post I recently finished reading Wuthering Heights and it made me all have all sorts of feelings. And when I saw this wreath of lavender it made me think of heather, which in turn made me think of moors, which led to thinking of Wuthering Heights. Now that I have completely bored you with my train of thought I will show another picture.

The dress and wrap are both from a gacha and I happily got matching colors. I had to show the dress with and without the wrap because it would be a crime not to see the pretty pearl straps. Playing Frogger...Safely

Always look both ways before crossing the street, you never know when a car or gator could come along and make it a bad day for you. Maybe you should check a couple of times before making your way across the street, you know for safety reasons.

Oh yes and always cross at at crosswalk. I bet if the frog Frogger followed these rules he would have had no run ins, or well run overs by cars. I also bet he could have avoided the alligators too. Not that I ever let my Frogger frog get smooshed or eaten ever.

Platforms and Piercings

The title of the post says it all huh? The platform sneakers have been my footwear of choice lately. I think it is because of the HUD that makes them so customizable. You see I am wearing the floral shoes, but I used the glitter HUD to make the tongue yellow glitter because well it's me. For that same reason my piercing has stars. It's mod, and I did just that so it's not the way it "should" look. I asked Lola though and she said it looked fine so I went with it. can you tell I am new to this whole thing. One of these days I may catch on, or I may just give up and leave it to the professionals. I am going to just go straight to the credits.

Into the new year we go

When Lola and I get bored we decide to dress alike. It happens more often then you may realize. Last night I let Lola pick out what we should wear. Is it any surprise that it meant a wee little dress?
Since she loves me and wants me to be happy I got to wear yellow while she went with red. I know I was shocked she wasn't in purple too!
I took a lot of pictures with different windlight settings, and I mean a lot. Poor Lola's email was spammed with them. That's how it works when we take pictures together. I take the pictures and then send them all to her so she can pick her favorites. Of course since my vanity knows no bounds I always take pictures of myself, like this one...

In Dreams...

...I live a simple life.
A barn for animals, even the ones that scare me some. Growing my own veggies so I can send the kids out there to pick some fresh ones for dinner.
Since I don't like that kind of life I will have to settle for visiting the local farms for fresh fruit and vegetables and even eggs if we get there early enough. I may not live in the country but there are a lot of farms around me.

All Dressed Up

The Attic is back for another round and I picked up a couple of goodies. I was trying to figure out what to wear with my big hair when I remembered I had a pretty mesh dress that I haven't worn yet. So I paired that up with a little jewelry and tadaa a fancy Phire. I wish I had gotten a good picture of the back of the dress because that is my favorite part.
I bought this skin from Ploom while at The Attic and added a freckle layer. Why the freckles you may ask. Well it is summer time where I live and that means sun. When the sun is shining my freckles come out more, so it made sense in my head. I look pretty if you ask me, but you didn't. Oh well I am off to see the wizard or some such.

Hunky Dory

Styling a look after a fish was not as easy as I had thought it would be. I mean getting the colors was simple, there were only about three, but the hair that was tricky. I wanted something that seemed fin-like with out looking completely bizarre with the rest of the look. I think I pulled it off pretty well.
Still pretty and feminine but with the spiked up bits hopefully looking some what fin-like.

There is no doubt by the crazy warm weather right now that it is Spring. (Although where I am you would think it was summer!) All the pretty pastel colors coming out right now inspired me to put together this cute pastel elfling look. I love the new Pony pack of colors from Ploom, I hope to see more of it soon! Balance

I am balanced today, well at least my skin and eyes are. This skin is the latest concoction of awesome from Fallen Gods. Now I admit this isn't for everyone, I think it takes a special kind of person to run around like this and I just that special. Wait that sounded like I am full of myself huh? Today is the last day of the Hell High student body series. I am sad to see it end, mostly because I hate thought I timed it right for the last on to be tomorrow, not today. I should learn to count properly. Anyway today I would like you to meet Shelley.

Shelley is a special girl, she wasn't born so much as created by her parents. You see her parents are Frankenstein and his bride. After many years of being without a child they decided to use their knowledge of themselves to create a child. Shelley is the best of them both rolled into one. Every few years her parents "upgrade" her with different looks so she can age like a normal person. Shelley is great fun at parties because no one does the robot better.

Please say hello to Tituba, one of the witches from Hell High.

Tituba hails from Salem and is actually named for one of her relatives who was present during the witch trials. Because of all the stories she has been told Tituba has a serious chip on her shoulder. It's Monday and I am back! Since mesh is all the rage I thought I would give it a go. I was a little worried because of my big bovine body, but I was pleasantly surprised. Tanning in Teal

If only it were sunny and warm in real life instead of cold with the threat of another storm. Then again if it really was that sunny and warm I wouldn't be outside tanning I would be trying not to burn to a crisp.
