The White Witch

      While White Witches are supposed to be the altruistic type, the first one that came to mind certainly was not. You see when I think of White White I think of that tricky and self serving witch from Narnia. She is most definitely not of the healing or helping variety of white witch.


       Of course Jadis wouldn't be without her wolf guardians so neither am I. Not too sure how I would feel about having wolves guard me daily, I don't think they eat regular dog food. Now I hate to cut this short, but my non digital life is killing me at the moment and I must return to it. See you tomorrow with "The Good Witch".

We ♥ Roleplay

Today I am going to share two different looks that were inspired by pretties from We ♥ Roleplay. The first up in a sweet looking villager taking the time to stop and smell the daisies. I was feeling in the mood for flowers and warmth for this one.

I just feels so warm and inviting, better than the snow I saw today that is for sure!


For this next one I went and embraced Fire, which most of you know is how my Second Life name is pronounced. Some claim I have named myself for my temper, but I am not *that* bad.

What I think is really cool is the fact that both pictures use the same head applier, but with a change of lipstick and a different windlight it changes it. One looks pure and innocent and the other sexy and sultry. Shall we move on to the credits?

From another era

I have spoken time and time again about my love for old movies and often times that love flows into my pictures and styling. As is the case with today's look. The bolero combined with this style of dress just makes me think of a ballroom scene in many old movies.

The bolero from Fallen Gods Inc. and Faida comes with a HUD so you can choose between a few different textures. I picked a the brocade texture because it just added that feeling of elegant opulence.

Seven Deadly Sisters - Wrath

I would not mess with this woman. To say she has a temper would be putting it mildly. Maybe she has anger issues because she is always alone, or maybe she is always alone because of her anger issues. Either way she is destructive when she is mad and I did my best not to get on her bad side. Of course I would never tell her to her face she has a bad side, I value my life too much!

Wrath is definitely not PETA friendly by looking at her attire. I of course would never take issue with this with her. Though who knows maybe it is faux fur so she can keep up appearances. I hope you enjoyed my little trip with the Seven Deadly Sisters.

I Will Wait

As I stated in a previous post I recently finished reading Wuthering Heights and it made me all have all sorts of feelings. And when I saw this wreath of lavender it made me think of heather, which in turn made me think of moors, which led to thinking of Wuthering Heights. Now that I have completely bored you with my train of thought I will show another picture.

The dress and wrap are both from a gacha and I happily got matching colors. I had to show the dress with and without the wrap because it would be a crime not to see the pretty pearl straps. The Dress, wrap and wreath are all available at The Secret Affair currently, though I don't know for how much longer so I would hurry.

Rising Waters

I knew when I saw the name of this dress, Nereid, that I needed to take pictures in or by water. That is because I knew it sounded familiar and after a little Googling I realized why. In Greek mythology Nereids are sea nymphs. Though I guess I could have been an alien from Jupiter's moon, but I prefer a sea nymph. The dress is available in other colors and comes with a HUD to change the baubles and inner layer of the dress. I chose this color set because made me think of a tropical beach. Which is where I would like to be right now instead of in the cold and snow!

Bringing Work Home

When I under the weather I watched A LOT of Netflix. My viewing choices seemed to run towards British period shows. In fact I just finished watching all of Poirot,which is based on Agatha Christie's stories. When I was styling this look I was thinking about Monsieur Poirot's secretary Miss Lemon. Sometimes she had to go off and do some investigating of her own to help out. I imagine after working for Hercule Poirot all day she would be exhausted!

Holly Berry Fairy

Have you decked your halls with boughs of holly? Why not deck your body instead? That is what I did and I look purely angelic.

Yes I know I did something other than cropping a picture, but I couldn't help myself. I do look angelic anyways, the glow just makes it more obvious. I may be listening to too much Nutcracker lately..sugarplum...holly...it's all Christmasy in the end.

How about a little kiss will that make you forget my random ramblings? Now I am probably the least Goth chick you will ever meet, but you can get this tattoo at Gothmas by Gaslight. The tattoo is tintable so you can look sweet and innocent. Then you can dance the night away in the snow...Fairies are impervious to the cold (at least in my head they are).

Jacq Frost

I won't lie, I love the old school Rankin-Bass christmas movies, like Rudolph and Jack Frost, etc. Recently I watched Jack Frost and it inspired me to make a pretty female version. I didn't think it would be too difficult. The poses were a snap, they are from Sweet Sacrifice at the current round of Fit For A Princess. They were perfect for the picture I had in my head.

I admit I had a bit of a harder time finding the perfect skin to go with the idea in my head. Yes I am just that picky. I think in the end I did a pretty darn good job.

Miss Phire Teaches

Miss Phire is doing it in a dress...teaching that is. If you haven't been to Junbug to pick up one of the Do it in a Dress dresses you should. The money you spend goes to a good cause, because every child should be able to go to school. I decided to be a teacher instead of a student because it's been a long time time I was a student and I was a teacher for years before I had my own. Since the dress is a vintage style I went for an older looking setting.

Sometimes those little darlings can get out of hand though and you need to give them that hand on the hip look. I think I have mastered this one with my own children. It does not however seem to work on the kitten. That is not the point though, the point is go buy a pretty dress and help a child, this the season after all.
