Feeling a little Fauny

Hi guys, it's been a while but I'm back, hopefully for good this time. Today I was feeling a little like my old self so I decided to Faun it up a bit and go play in the forest. Gauze & Trap have collaborated to make these awesome mesh faun legs, they have a ton of color options including design options for the legs. They even come with a cute little tail that moves! I paired the legs up with Blueberry's Clare roper set from this C88 round. It fits well together don't you think?

The Tooth Fairy

Every child knows that when they lose a tooth, The Tooth Fairy will come and whisk it away. She is the pretty fairy all dressed in pink and frills, but did you know there is another Tooth Fairy? She is a specialized one. She is the tooth fairy who takes the teeth that have fallen out due to fights, or sports injuries. She has been sort of bored this year though because winter is normally her busy time.

Here is the poor thing waiting in a hockey rink for the players to come. Sadly there have been very few brawls on the ice this year, but I won't get started on what she had to say about that.

You see most Faries carry the teeth in a little pouch all hidden away, but not her, oh no! She prefers to carry the teeth she collects in tiny bottles hung around her neck. I would show you the collection she has, but it is creepy to say the least. Well now you know a little more about The Tooth Fairy World.

The Golden Sorceress

It seems Mondays are becoming a fantasy skin day for me. I swear it wasn't planned, I am not that organized.

This look just sort of happened. See I started with the skin and wanted to wear something that wouldn't cover up too much of it. At first I was gonna go badass and wear armor, but I am way too picky for that. So I looked through my "costume folder" and came across this outfit. Yep More hair fair pictures

I promise this will be the last for a little bit since I am sure everyone is burnt out on them. Today we are going to take a look at two styles from Gauze. The hairs are unisexy, but since I am a girl that is how you are stuck looking at them. First off I thought I would go for a sweet girly look. I am guessing people thing you have to look a certain way to pull of hair, and I don't think you do, I think you just need to be open to something different.




Okay so I couldn't help the ears and they don't give the "normal" vibe, but work with me here people. For the next style I totally stepped out of my own comfort zone, I admit I was torn between this and the mohawk, but I think even one my most awesome days I can't pull off a mohawk, so I went with color.

New Lingerie and Massage

Lola and I got new lingerie last night, so we did what anyone would....we broke into a friend's house and played with the massage table. We break in a lot come to think of it.

Lola told me her melons hurt so I rubbed them for her. It wasn't till I was rubbing for a while that she told me that she said MELON not MELONS. An honest mistake I swear. I was just trying to help her feel better.

She decided that since I got a handful of her that is was only fair she got a grab too. I have a feeling our friends are going to start locking thier doors when they aren't home. Or maybe we will just be banned from buying new lingerie....

The Fantasy Faire is in full swing and this is my first of a few posts about some of the awesome things you can find there. First up is the amazing Eurexiuan Horns from [ni.ju]. If you know me and love me you know horns are one of my great loves, right next to elves and ponies. The Eurexiuan Horns are beautifully sculpted and texture changing. There are four stone like textures for the horn itself and four metal textures for the armor.

My favorite combination is the black horn with the silver armor. These horns are a must add to anyone's collection and are perfect for any demon or creature your imagination can come up with! Fantasy Faire: Episode 1

Over the next few days I'll be posting about some of the amazing things you'll be able to find at the Fantasy Fair. In the above picture I'm rocking a sort of monochromatic satyr look that's garbed..if you can call it that... in this unique article from Animation Risings who makes some rather unique silk pieces with a system called living lights . It comes with a HUD to help you pick which color you'd like your clothing (or lack there of) to be. It's modifiable, so you can easily fit it to your shape, and possibly tint it to veritable rainbow swirling around your body.
I think it might be a little obvious to anyone who comes in contact with me, if given the choice, I vastly prefer being something that's far from human, and the new Ikon skins from De La Soul for fantasy fair are great for that. In the above picture I am wearing the smoke tone, and it works fairly seamlessly with the faun legs from Gauze. If you like having elf-like ears, but don't like the headache that it takes to tint them perfectly to each of your skins, you'll be pleased to know that the Ikon skins come with matching elf ears...and a really unique set of mesh eyes for good measure. De La Soul will be donating an item to the Fantasy Faire silent auction, and it's a one of a kind beautiful deep purple version of their Ikon skin line.

Seashell Peach Princesses

 Sakura and I decided to channel our inner princesses this week. Of course as we were dressing (and loosely interpreting the color) Sakura commented that she is the Aria to my Sansa (just go with us here). For those who don't get it, she just means she is a tomboy princess to my pretty princess.

 We used the new Nose Up poses for our individual shots because well Sakura made them for the Pose Fair that starts Sunday and we felt like being mean teases. Besides snooty princesses need to raise their nose as others right?

There is no doubt by the crazy warm weather right now that it is Spring. (Although where I am you would think it was summer!) After the whole wall set up for aquamarine we thought that standing in front of a blank background would be lame. So while Sakura changed I poured through my inventory looking for just the right something. After deciding that Sakura looked fancy and I look a little country, and I came across this fence I knew exactly what we were gonna do and all I had to say to Sakura was " We need mouse ears.", and she knew exactly what I was thinking. City Mouse and Country Mouse! Sadly we couldn't find mouse ears that we liked (we took a quick look on marketplace) we gave up and just took the pictures.

The Harpy Battles SL

Have you ever come across something awesome in SL and instantly knew the exact photo you wanted to take? I based this entire look around the awesome eye patch by [ni.ju] that is out now at Perfect Wardrobe. The version I'm wearing has a bird on it and it also comes with versions without the bird and a patch for the left or right eye in each version.

I paired the patch up with these amazing Mesh wings from [europa]. They come in a bunch of colors all in one set. I wanted a nice smokey black eye shadow and bright red lips so I went with the Glam Affair Linn Skin. Mesh braids are my newest addiction in SL and I am madly in love with these Kamiko braids from Wasabi Pills. I knew the Bloody Revenge set from Sn@tch would be a perfect match for the look and finished it off with the amazing Flutter Mesh boots from lassitude & ennui. I just want to walk around like this forever.

I also decided to make a pose to show off all these wonderful things. Since I recently joined Lolapop! I decided to put the pose out at the mainstore for 10L.
