Wandering in Amazon

Notice I didn't say wandering in the Amazon. That is because that would imply the rainforest, or the website, neither of which are part of this post. No, the Amazon referred to here is actually the color. It's a green hue and the last of the colors. I should show you some pictures huh?

Now I will admit that I did do some editing to my pictures today. I attempted to get rid of grid lines. Not something I usually do, but I was practicing. I mean I usually crop my pictures and occasionally put borders around them, but I don't generally do much beyond that.

Here is tried to get rid of gridlines as well but still keep it basic. I don't know if you even care, but I thought I would be upfront and all. Anyway here are the credits

Gold(en) Afternoon

So if you couldn't guess this is my attempt at gold. You would think this would be easy since it is in the yellow family, but truth is I really don't like gold. I may have mentioned this in posts over the years. Though I guess in clothing gold isn't so bad, but I am not a gold jewelry fan. Go figure.

I hope no one gets too mad when I reveal that the bathing suit is from a store that, sadly, is closed. Hey when you have been in SL for...well as long as I have you tend to have those sort of things. You will find out the store in the credits I promise. In fact here they are now.

Tangelo Time

Hmm well I guess my getting posts set up to post while I was gone was a little failed. It helps to remember to actually write the posts huh? Barley Corn(er Office)

Juniper Breeze

It is another week and here I am playing catch up. Hopefully by the end of this week I will be all caught up one my colors....maybe.

You can see there the title came from can't you? Okay fine so I stole the title from a candle scent, it still works. The scene reminds me of the places around me house in RL in the later days of Summer, just before the chill of Autumn sets in.

Charcoal Coziness

It makes me giggle having doing the charcoal post in December. I mean it is what I threaten the kids Santa will leave them. Well that and underwear. However there is no underwear to be seen in this post.

There is of course a large amount of adorable if I do say so myself. And while I may not be drinking hot chocolate in real life I am drinking it's cousin, a peppermint mocha. They are my winter favorite.

Here is is Humpday and another color to be seen. If you couldn't guess from the title the color is ghost white. I don't think I look at all ghostly, but I am wearing white.

Of course you can't really see all my white, since I am trying to become one with the art. I don't think I am doing such a great job though. Maybe I should work on my camouflage skills.

I keep trying to come up with good titles to go with the color names and my pictures but man is it hard. Especially since I love alliteration and I can't really pull that off with some colors, like this one. I mean I am sure if I spent more time on it I could have.

Papaya Whip Party

So I am actually sorta of on time with this one. The name of the color makes me hungry! I picture like a pie or maybe some frothy boozy beverage. It could be I am just hungry.....

Royal Blue Masquerade

As I stated in my last post, there would be another Nomine mesh dress finding it's way into a post. This time is a a longer one. The curls and swirls in the dress worked so well with the mask, and well I really wanted to wear a mask for some reason.

Russet Retreat

Hmm I couldn't think of a good title to go with this color, lets blame the lack of coffee. Oh well, on we go. Sometimes I can't seem to pick what I want to wear for a certain color so I turn to my friends. This time I showed Lola the color and she picked this dress.
