Wardrobe Basics - The Pencil Skirt

Okay so it's not exactly a pencil skirt, but it's a pretty one and you could get the same look with a "real" pencil skirt

I am fairly certain that a black skirt, whether it's a pencil one or not, is something almost all of us have. This time I styled it more as a day to night look...maybe. Either way that is today's take on the wardrobe basics.

After the whole wall set up for aquamarine we thought that standing in front of a blank background would be lame. So while Sakura changed I poured through my inventory looking for just the right something. After deciding that Sakura looked fancy and I look a little country, and I came across this fence I knew exactly what we were gonna do and all I had to say to Sakura was " We need mouse ears.", and she knew exactly what I was thinking. City Mouse and Country Mouse! Sadly we couldn't find mouse ears that we liked (we took a quick look on marketplace) we gave up and just took the pictures.

Here is my country bumpkin bum. Now we are on the hunt for some tea green. Maybe a cup of green tea will help in the pursuit?

Donner

Poor Donner, saddled with the lamest reindeer name of them all. I mean if you think about it all the other reindeer's names can be interpreted into a meaningful way, but poor Donner. Though upon further inspection it seems that Donner was meant to mean Thunder. Which in my opinion is a fair bit cooler than Donner.


Well this Donner looks pretty cool not matter what you call him.

Anthropomorphic in BP*

Now some of you may be wondering just what anthropomorphic means. Let me make it easier on you.

See that? Deity. Remember your Greek mythology and your Mickey Mouse and your White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland the next time you turn your nose up at a Furry.

Now you may ask yourself, what is her problem? Well you see, I have a large collection of Furry avatars and I am usually reluctant to wear them outside of my skybox because of the prejudice towards furries by a lot of the SL community.

Why do we fear the things we don't understand? I myself do not attend Furry Conventions in RL. Nor do I consider myself a True Furry, being one who hangs out among other furs and is very active in the furry community. I am more of the kind of person who is fascinated by these creatures. Animals with human traits, they are so cute. I just want to jump into a pile of furries and snuggle them to pieces......ahem...I'm sure this was supposed to be a post about some fashion wasn't it...
