Today's trip down lovers lane brings us to Knotting Hill, and a little travel bookshop. If you haven't guessed and I am just referring to a place, but also the movie Knotting Hill. This time I am taking on the scene where Julia Roberts (Anna) confesses her feelings to Hugh Grant (Will).

Not that you can tell from this photo, but I had and entire set created to be the travel bookshop. Of course the angle I chose cut off all of it. Oh well.

Paperdolls - Day Two

Today is day two of my paperdoll doppelganger series. This one shows my obvious love of stars. It was hard not to let my favorite creep in when I was doing these dolls originally.
I came pretty darn close with the shirts and skirt today. And yes I went old school prim with that skirt. Hey I work with what I can find.
The hair may not be exactly the same, but the colors are fairly close-ish. Like I said yesterday I took a little creative license with the looks or else I would have spent more time searching the whole of SL than I spent actually taking pictures and blogging!

Autumn Begins

I adore this time of year, the smells and colors and warm sweaters. However I loathe anything pumpkin or pumpkin spice flavored, though my top looks a bit pumpkin spice-y to me.
Of course where I live autumn is a very so it's not strange to wear a sleeveless top, though generally I would wear a sweater or such over it. This is SL though so I could be standing bare naked and in a snow storm and not feel a thing. Maybe I should do that later when people start switching over to winter time sims.
I even squeezed in some leaves in my jewelry.

Mauve in the shade

Nothing like sitting under the shade of a tree on a sunny summer day. If it were RL me I would be under the tree with my kindle reading. Too bad were haven't had a sunny rain free day here since Tuesday. Anyway this is just a cute little picture for the 52 weeks of color challenge and it gave me a chance to use a new pose from Studio Sidhe and new hair. Oh speaking of new hair the hair fair starts soon and there is a free demo group to join. I love love love when there are demo groups so I don't have to fight the crowds to get demos. I am one of those people who typically tries demos on in the comfort of my own home. Oh and to join the group just search Hair Fair DEMO Group and you can't miss it.
