Hazy Sunny Day

I don't know about where you live, but where I am it is down right freezing. In an insane effort to warm myself up I decided to hit the beach in SL.
I tucked a flower behind my ear and donned a little top and comfortable skirt and hit the beach. Sometimes it helps to imagine yourself some place warm. I am thinking today I need to seek out the fires of Hell to warm myself!
This trip to the beach also afforded me the chance to wear one of the belly rings I picked up at Oh My Gacha earlier in the month. What can I say when it's cold I tend to keep my belly covered up.

Day Dreaming Dark Raspberry

This was the last color Sakura and I did in our whirlwind photo shoot afternoon. As you can probably guess we were worn out. We were gonna stop but we soldiered on. And by soldiered on I mean I sat my ass in her rocking chair while she changed. Then being the lazy butt I am I refused to get up so we took pictures in the rockers. We embrace our lazy like that.


Sakura sits all pretty as a kitty.


I on the other hand am not so lady-like. Who knows what the rest of the colors will bring us.

Death to the ones at the end of the serenade

Aikea Rieko has done it again and released another item that has me at her feet professing my undying love to her.

The Bordello dresses have got to be her best work yet. Thirteen versions of this gorgeous slip dress are now available at The Plastik. They are available on all layer which is a huge plus and that lovely leg lace is included :D

I'll be perfectly honest with you, up until now I wasn't really much of a dress girl. Sure I wear one on occasion to look cute but never something like this. But after seeing the Bordello dresses I had to give it a try and now you couldn't force me out of this dress if you tried!


The amount of detail put into these dresses is incredible. There are several patterns and colors to choose from to fit any one's style. The lace detailing across the chest is beautiful and the wrinkle details are perfect. My photos seriously don't do justice to the work here. Another thing I want to point out that is one of the main reasons I usually don't wear dresses like this but am so madly in love with this one. The prim between the legs. Now ladies, I know you have all seen how badly those things can match and it makes us sad and not wear these short dresses. Do NOT fear my lovelies! Look at the photos, the prim matches so well it's hard to even tell it's there! It's magic I tell you!

Fantastical Creature

I never promised to be "normal". I never wanted to be a "fashionista" wearing only the fanciest of clothes and skins. My style varies from one end of the spectrum to the next, although one thing is consistent. I will never be human. This is not to say I have anything against those who wish to remain human in their Second Life. I prefer to be every fantastical creature I can possibly come up with.

When I walked into the *KUROTSUBAKI* at plod the other night, the small earth leg attachment caught my eye. I am facinated by odd things like this and new it had to be mine. Going from knee to ankle the small earth leg lets you have a tree in place of your skin and bones. Nestled at the base of the tree is the adorable *KUROTSUBAKI* bunnies many have grown to love.

The skin I am wearing I lusted after the moment I saw it. Named for one of my favorite bloggers Mourna Biziou of Strange Pixels. I love the rust color of the makeup and the look of freckles across the bridge of the nose makes me think of fauns. (don't ask why it just does :P)

I was on the hunt for a new piercing and after some suggestions from Acha, I headed over to .:ellabella:. and picked up the Starry Lip Chains. I am always in awe of peoples abilities to create with tiny prims. The patience I know it takes to make these things is incredible.

As for my outfit, does it get any cuter than this? The NekoPa outfit from *Edelweiss* gives you both a skirt and a set of pants to wear with the adorable hoodie. Click the tail of the hoodie and your hood will come up over your head and show off sweet little kitty ears.

I can commit...

....to an outfit at least.

So after I showed you my inability to commit to an outfit I thought I would show you one that I was able to commit to, for a few days in fact. I don't know if it is because it is March or the Irish blood in me, but I love the greens in this outfit. Not to mention the fact that there are stars on my shoes and lip ring, always an outfit plus in my book. The leopard leggings paired with the skirt make it a nice spring outfit. Perfect for when it is not warm enough to go out with bare legs but too nice to be trapped in pants. We have been getting a taste of that kind of weather around here and I hope it lasts, even though deep down I know we can still get snow storms into April. Ah well such is life. Winter can't last forever and I say bring on spring!

Green girl

Deviance just released some new jeans and one style has stars! By now anyone who reads le blog knows I love stars. Being the modest girl that I am…hey stop that snickering!....I chose wear a shirt, even though these jeans would be great on their own. I tossed on this halter and sweater in green from Naïve. They are on sale currently because they are green. The Naïve green sale reminded me of the Scribble green sale, which is where I picked up my shoes and hair. Notice the star on the hat, well technically the stitch pattern is changeable, but of course I picked the star.

Rounding out all this starry goodness is a lip ring that I picked up from ellabella. The star was purple but because I am a clever little minx, I tinted it green to match the rest of my outfit.
