Witch of the Sea

Anyone can be a mermaid but it takes some one truly...special to become a sea witch. This witch does not have any issue with the denizens of the sea, it's those who float above the surface that she loathes. She has her reasons for being less than thrilled with sailors upon the sea. She once was a kind and gentle soul until a sailor broke her heart. She made a deal with the Goddess of the Sea to be able to find and punish the sailor who broke her heart. She then went on to avenge the broken hearts these sailors caused around the world, causing their ships to wreck, losing not only their cargo, but theirs lives as well.

She has many necklaces, each of them contains a piece of the ship that she has visited her wrath upon. They are her trophies. Maybe one say someone can break through her hardened heart and make her love again. Till then sailors should beware.

Nothing comes between me and my coffee

You know you always hear that people can become "monsters" due to viruses? Well I little infection is not enough to stop me from getting my daily hit of caffeine. I mean I am not craving brains, or going around chomping on people so you know there is no need to fear me. The only thing I am killing today is this latte. Maybe next time though I will wear my sunglasses...maybe then the barista won't haul ass getting away. Hopefully the money I left will cover the latte.

In Dreams...

... I can pull off a short hair cut.
I know it seems like something silly to dream of, but sometimes when I see someone with a cute pixie cut or something similar I wish I could pull it off. Sadly I know how RL me looks with short hair and it is not pretty.
This short hair however looks fantastic on me. I feel quite posh with the short hair, and I don't mean in a Spice Girls kind of way either. Maybe it the shades giving me that feeling? I think I need more coffee so I am going to go make some while you check out the credits.

Emerald time!

I am slowly playing catch up with my 52 Weeks of Color posts. And if you couldn't guess by the title I am doing emerald. Now you would think this would be pretty east right? Nope, not for me, because I had an idea in my head. You see while I was stuck in bed nursing my bum knee I read. What does that have to do with this, well I will tell you. I read almost all the Oz books, and boy are there a lot. Now they aren't all that long, but still there are more than a dozen. Anway, I decided that I wanted to try and figure out what Ozma would wear if she were a little more modern. Oh if you don't know Ozma is the girl ruler of Oz and a fairy.
