Beach Beauties

Please don't get sick and tired of me on the beach. I promise as soon as summer has ended in my part of the world you will see me surrounded by trees and covered up head to toe. For now I am dragging my photo buddy to the beach. Only in the the pixels will I lay out in the sun like this. It's because I never need to worry about getting a sunburn. Sunburns hurt like a monkey trucker. There have been so many things that have opened in the last week or so that I am having trouble keeping track. Today however I know that the swimwear comes from The Chapter Four. I couldn't pass up a little yellow bikini. I think I get a new one every summer.

After slow roasting in the sun it was time to drag Bunny to the water. I think she may be part wicked witch and afraid she will melt if she comes into contact with water. She was clinging to me like a baby monkey! You can't see you legs wrapped around me. I think one day I am going to have to have a pool party and "accidentally" trip into and send her into the water. I'm not evil I swear.

Summer Surf

Summer is officially here which means it is time to hit the beach. What better way to spend a day at the beach than hitting the waves with your board?

First things first and you have to make sure there are some waves to be had. It would be difficult to surf without waves. After spying a few big ones I thought is was time to hit the water.

I won't admit to how many tries it took me to get up, or to how many times I wiped out before finally getting my feet beneath me. Those pros on television make it look so much easier than it actually is. Oh well you know what they say, practice makes perfect so I will be out there again and again until I am less clumsy on my board.

Lazing about

I don't know about you, but I am beat from this weekend! So many sales and events all seemed to start at once. My girl Lola took me to Kustom9 and I will be honest I had never been. Hey it's hard to keep all these events straight.
I am a sucker for big cozy sweaters in RL and in SL so of course I had to play the gacha machine at Kustom9 and one of the colors I got was this lovely minty color. I think mint is my favorite color, behind yellow of course. I also picked up the pants you see me wearing. One can never have too many pairs of pants in my opinion.
While there I also played the gacha to get these birds that are made from keyboard keys. They are odd and quirky and seemed just like the thing to have in my bedroom. Now I must go sort through all the other goodies I got so I can get around to blogging them too.
