Seven Deadly Sisters - Gluttony and Sloth

Gluttony and Sloth are the sisters of the day. They get along much better than Pride and Envy, mostly because Sloth doesn't care what sort of mess Gluttony makes and can't be assed to clean anyway. Gluttony likes to over indulge in all the good, and not so good things.

Gluttony is never seen without some sort of food in her mouth, in this case it is a cake pop. Though to be truthful it's not just food you will find Gluttony with, at times she can be seen with whatever alcohol laden drink she can get her hands on.

It's amazing that I could get Sloth off the couch long enough to stand and get a picture taken. Of course she left her sleep mask on because well taking it off would require effort. Sloth can usually be found lounging about doing as little as possible, which lets be honest would be nice to be able to do some days. Tomorrow we will take a look at Lust and Greed, the symbiotic sisters.

Tea Time

It's tea time! I have a confession to make. I collect teacups in SL. I know it seems a bit strange, but I do. I have a soft spot for teacups. So it's not surprising that when The Arcade rolls around and there are teacups to be had I seek them out.

There are times where I attempt to get all the pieces of a tea set.

I am also a sucker for tulips. Combine some tulips with a cute bunny and I am all over that cuteness!
And what is a tea party with out dressing up all prettily? I think I shall call these two Cinnamon and Sugar based on what we are wearing. Cinnamon obviously being the one in red, because it more cinnamony than that minty one.

Less Than Fifty Shades of Phire

I have been holding out on posting this one because I wanted it to do it the day the movie came out. I admit I know nothing about the books or the movie since I have neither read nor seen either.

This huge gorgeous couch is from ~Libertine~ and it seats, well a lot of people. It's broken up into five different areas and there are a bunch of options in each one. I tried to keep it pretty clean today, but I promise you there are some more...frisky poses in it. One, two, three of you having some fun while others watch, hey it's up to you. Twas the night

Before Christmas when all through the house the furry little creatures were messing about. A little girl lay all snug in her sack while waiting for Santa to come back. She tired her hardest to stay awake, but the warmth of the fire cause her to drift off to dreamland. She had dreams of cookies and cake all of which her mother did bake. On Christmas morning oh the joy as she unwrapped each and every toy. And now my post has come to an end and with it I say Happy Christmas to all and to all a good Thursday!

My New Furry Friend

Every days it's the same thing. He goes off to work and I am left all alone. I mean sure I get things done while he is gone, but it gets lonely, especially when he works late or goes on trips.

I mean we have a cat, but she is so independent and well just downright mean that I decided we needed a new member of the family. A furry member of course, so off I went. I have to say when I saw him it was love at first sight and I knew exactly what to name him.

Meet Topper! He is named after an old black and white movie with Cary Grant, one of my favorites actually. In fact we watched it just the other night. I don't have to worry about Topper going to work. In fact as long as I walk him and feed him and scratch him behind his floppy ears he sticks to my side.

A Winter Stroll

There is new men's hair out at Exile today and I thought I would have a little fun. I let Phlint out of his cage and took him shopping. The new styles are fairly unisex so I thought I would do a "Who Wore it Best" type of deal. That is why Phlint and I look like a matchy matchy couple. We are both wearing the same sweaters and scarves though the scarves are different colors.

The Treasure Hunt

It's story times kiddies! It's been a while since I was inspired to do one, but inspiration struck yesterday! I hope you enjoy.

Once day my sweetie told me to meet him at this little cafe. However when I arrived all I was greeted with was a bottle of champagne and a map.

I decided to follow the map to the bridge but I encountered a problem when I got there. How was I going to get to the other side of the island?
I wandered a bit and came across a dock. No one would mind if I borrowed a boat right? I mean I had a treasure map to follow.
When I arrived at the cave I was greeted by my sweetie.
Needless to say I was more than excited about the treasure I found where X marked the spot.

Intoxicate Me

Is there anything more intoxicating than the scent of your lover? That one signature scent that you associate with them that makes you weak in the knees. That is what I was going for with this weeks challenge phrase/song "Intoxicate Me".
