Our quest for love for Valentine's Day didn't go so well. At least we have each other. Lola and I are of course just being over dramatic, and it was a good excuse to wear the Tainted Love hunt item from Sn@tch.

Today is the last installment of my "Playing with Patterns" posts. While it was only four days, it was a fun four days. Today I played with floral patterns. It was a bit trickier than I had expected. Don't get me wrong there are plenty of floral prints out there, but I didn't want to end up looking like an old ladies living room. I kept the top simple to achieve that...I hope.
If only the weather was as bright and spring-like as my outfit.

I think the title says it all, jeans and a tee, staples to just about everyone's inventory. I decided that the rest of this week I would style looks using some of the things everyone probably has (girls, sorry guys I will figure something out for you eventually). I just started with a pair of jeans and a white shirt (the top one) and went from there. I won't make it an official challenge or anything, but if anyone wants to style along with me I would love to see your takes on a white tee shirt and jeans!

I bet you had no trouble huh? Well this is my attempt at Madder Lake Red, one of the last colors of the 52 Weeks of Color Challenge. I only have one color left and then it's over. That was meant to sound sad and not snippy. I will miss being challenged with colors outside my comfort zone (pink). Just another random look from me today. Today I drew inspiration from a 4Minute video by the same name as the title, well minus the LOTD part at least. I had almost all the pieces in my inventory already so that was a plus. I think that is all I am going to say since Manflu has invaded and I need come up with an excuse NOT to be home. I am so loving.

This seems typical of most Sundays around here, chilling with a cup of coffee. The reading part is hit or miss sadly. I have to admit while the color cinnamon isn't a favorite, I love the smell. I have been known to bake things, just so the house would have a lovely cinnamon scent (it's tastier than lighting candles).
