Forbidden things

      Why is it when we are told we can't have something that we want it all the more? This deep desire can be painful, especially if that something can hurt you.  Right now that something is so simple, but so terribly bad for me. The thing I want right now is...a burger. I have tried to see if a vegetarian version would quell the yearning for a burger, but it just doesn't cut it. So for now I will have to settle for a pixel version, besides there are no calories and no animals were harmed in the making of a digital burger.

Wine Tasting

      One of the activities I enjoy in my non-digital life is to visit vineyards and wineries. In fact there is one just a few miles from my new house so you know where I will be on the weekends, It doesn't hurt that there is a distillery right down the street either! But that is not what I am about today. You see not all vineyards and wineries are the same. At some there are coolers where you can purchase nibbles, as seen in the picture below, at others these are not available. I personally enjoy the ones were I can pick up some nibbles to go with a lovely glass on whatever wine strikes my fancy.


      Some of the vineyards I have visited do have little outdoor seating areas where you and your friend(s) can go relax in the the sun while sipping away and chatting about whatever strikes you fancy. Now that I will be living closer to friends I hope to do this sort of thing more often, but don't worry I will still be here to write about some nonsense or another.

Harvester of Dreams

There is a very special job for the resident of Dreamland. I mean sure all the jobs there are important, but one is the most sought after job. That is the job of dream harvester. Didn't you ever wonder where your sweet dreams came from? I mean sure science and psychologists have their theories, but we know the truth. Those sweet dreams are harvested in Dreamland and magically create those dreams while you sleep. Sometimes though unripe dreams sneak in there and that us when the strange dreams happen.

This big round dream orb is ready to be picked. You can see by the glow and the roundness of it. It looks like a big dream too! The smaller round ones are getting close to ready, but they could use a little more growth. The square ones you see are the newest dreams growing, they all start out as little squares and as they grow and ripen the round out. Those should be ready in a couple weeks if all goes well.
