Soulless

No no I am not soulless, well at least not that I will admit. My sandals are soleless, and new too! It's a play on words, get it?

Please pardon the not perfectly tinted feet. For some reason I was totally off my tinting game today. Anyway they pretty ankle wraps are the pretty item out at the jewelry fair from Studio Sidhe. Because my tinting skills were well lacking today I am going to show you close ups of the beads, sans feet...

When you buy the version with the bead in the last picture (the one on the right) you can support the fairs charity Oxfam. Oh that version is called Antique Youth. Go forth and get amazing soleless sandals to wear with your prim feets, you know you wanna!

I am a caterpillar

This week I am going to go for my own take on Alice in Wonderland because I have watched the new Alice in Wonderland movie way too many times in the last few weeks. To say that my kids love it would be an understatement. Anyway the first character I decided to put my Phire stank on was Caterpillar. I was inspired to do Caterpillar because of one of the new releases from Vanitas Vesture.


This dress is called the Opiate Dress (part of the Wonderland Collection) which really does seem to fit well with Caterpillar don't you think? The swirls in the dress just look like smoke enveloping the dress. I am hoping that SarahTheRed had caterpillar in mind when she created this dress otherwise I feel kinda silly. I of course am showing it in blue but it comes in nine other colors!


Since caterpillar is often seen smoking I figured I needed to include some form of smoking in the look, but I thought the bubble pipe from Scribble would be a fitting choice, at least for me. My skin is part of the Fantasy collection from Cupcakes. You will be seeing more from this skin line in some other posts I have coming up so keep an eye out!

Something Old, Something New....

....and something Owlie too! I think the owlie part is sort of hidden in that first picture so here is a better look at the Owlie part.

Now that the owlie part of the post title is clear I shall go into where I got the other parts. See the "something old" is my bathing suit, I have had it in my inventory for quite some time. The something new are the poses, they are from the Five on the Floor set from No Strings Attached. The poses can be bought in a pack with the mirror pose so you can face left or right. Love that! Just in case you have shut off your brain for the weekend I will give you the explanation of the Owlie part. See the earrings on my elf ears? Well the earrings are attached and are HUD controlled to change to any of the Electro-Cute sets from Schadenfreude.
