The Mermaid

I always wondered if being a mermaid princess would be fun. You figure on land princesses have royal duties, visits to other countries and of course the paparazzi dogging them for photos. Would a mermaid princess have these same sort of issues? I mean would she have to meet with the Council on Crab Affairs? If so I don't think I would like to be a mermaid princess. I am far too lazy to have to deal with such responsibilities. I would much rather laze about.
