A Subtle Safari

It is the last round of Zodiac, and it is bittersweet. Being a Leo though I am happy it ends with my sign, where it began too if I am not mistaken. That being said, this is what I threw together with a couple of pretties from Zodiac, and a few other things too.
I have to say I really dig the way the paws of the necklace pokes out at the collar of the dress. It almost looks like they could be an awesome clasp to hold the collar together, like the paws would lock together. I am running out of things to wrote so go visit Zodiac before it goes away for good.

Look of the Day

If has been a while since I have done a straight up look of the day type post. So here we have one today. I have been wearing this outfit for a few days now. I just love how it is casual and sexy all at the same time. I think the ballet flats/slippers give it an extra added bit of sweetness. Oh and I have been loving this hair color combination too. It makes me think of mint chocolate chip ice cream.
And did you see I am in green and not yellow? I am trying to expand my color horizons. Maybe I should try for some blues next. What do you think? Is there a color you think I should try?

Escaping the Darkness

Pretty dresses and a scary location means a new blog post. Now I will share a super secret secret. Lola and I live together and have set up a little skydome for taking pictures. One day last week she set up the scene that I used for my picture. So I enlisted the help of a friend and we hit up Zodiac for a fair bit of what we are wearing and out pose too!

I hope you aren't tired of seeing these adorable spring-like jeans. If you couldn't guess I hit up Zodiac for a little retail therapy. LOTD - Pretty Pisces

I finally managed to make it over to this signs(?) round of Zodiac. If you couldn't guess from the title it's Pisces. I chose a few things from this round to wear today. I would look pretty bizarre if I tries to wear everything all at once. I have worn an entire folder once by accident, it's not something I care to repeat. The Lion and the Unicorn

Once upon a time there was a beautiful princess ( Hey it's my story!) and she lived in an enchanted land. It approached time for the princess to be wed and she was presented with two suitors.
Now I know what you are thinking and no, this is not a story of bestiality. As you may recall I said she lives in an enchanted forest.Well once the two suitors battle for the princess they will turn human when rewarded with a kiss. It's a whole frog prince sort of thing. Now the princess isn't into violence, so their battled by taking her out on adventures and showering her with attention. The unicorn and the princess spent some of their time by a lovely waterfall.
While the lion spent part of his time regaling her with tales of all of his adventures,the good, bad and the ugly parts.
In then end there could only be one, and the princess chose the lion.
The princess placed a gentle kiss upon the lion. I mean she had to be careful, suitor or not he has some wicked sharp teeth! And as with any proper fairy tale, the princess and her leonine prince lived happily ever after.
