Meeting the Polar Bears

One day recently I went outside my humble home and discovered a family of polar bears had decided to take up residency. Now I don't blame these bears because I live on a island with a bunch of great people. Well I decided that if they were going to be stay then I should go out and introduce myself, they seemed friendly enough.


I figured I would slowly let Papa Bear get to know me, seeing as he is the biggest. We got along great! Then I saw Junior. Junior and I have a wee bit in common. You see Junior is a fan of stars as well.


Next I went over to watch Mama and Baby bear play together. They were just too cute for words.


After a bit of time outside with them I decided it would be a good idea to head inside. Unlike the bears I am not meant to be outside in the cold. But I did give Papa a big snuggle before I left them.


He is so soft and snuggly!

Early Winter Walk

I finally made my way over to Collabor88 this weekend, yeah I am just that behind on my shopping and I thought that I would share the look I tossed together with some of the items I got there. I am sure you have seen all this stuff on the feeds and what have you before but what's one extra look?


As you may be able to guess the scarf, hair and skin are all from Collabor88 and well the rest are just wardrobe favorites. You know the things you always seem to find yourself gravitating towards no matter how long you have had them.


Of course it is no surprise that I picked the scarf with the most yellow in it I could find. In the cold dreary winter everyone needs a bright pop of color and yellow is a great choice, you know in my humble opinion and all. Oh if you weren't aware, the scarf is mesh so you obviously need a mesh viewer to wear it, the rest however is not so no need to fret over that.

Miss Moo Monday - Roast Beef

Miss Moo decided to hit the beach this weekend. She enjoyed splashing in the surf and even took a few pictures.

She likes showing off her bovine booty. Unfortunately Miss Moo did not remember to wear her sunscreen and she turned up for her photo shoot looking like this...

Hopefully she learned her lesson and next time will not turn a trip to the beach into a spontaneous BBQ.

Festival of Sleep

I am so late to the party with this post, but fear not, you still have time to get the goodies featured. The festival of Sleep started the 9th and ends the 31st. There are some many cute sleep related things to snatch up. This cute blanket comes with a pose ball and stuff to read under the blanket. I know I did this when I was a kid and bet you did too.

Another set available has all you need for a great slumber party, snacks, pizza,soda and of course scary movies on TV. There are also poseballs included with the slumber party set but since it was just me I left them out. The pillow I am laying on is sold separately and come with a built in pose and is texture change...sweet I know.

What sleep over would be complete with out jammies? I picked the pink and yellow ones because well yellow is my favorite color. You get both the regular and faded versions in both the footie and not footie styles!

And to ensure a good nights sleep I have on my adorable sleep mask. I have on in real life, not as cute though. I couldn't resist the hair either, though I can't imagine it is all the comfortable sleeping with all those clips in place, but I guess that isn't a problem in SL.

One skirt to rule them all!

Haha Now that I have enraged all the Lord of the Rings fans out there on with the post! I think the title of the post says it all huh, one skirt used to create three different looks.

The first look was put together with Christmas in mind. I attempted to combine the usual red and greens of the holiday in a festive but not o over the top garish way.


ext up is a more posh party look. Red and green not your thing or maybe you are just sick of it completely. Well this may be right up your alley. Using the color change script in the skirt I changed the belt to black and then added a silver metallic top. Okay fine so really it is a dress without the skirt but hey I get points for creativity right? The bow in the hair is a ever so subtle nod to the holidays without looking like Christmas barfed all over you.


Not in a holiday mood or maybe you just want to go for a stroll in the snow. I got you covered. Again same skirt only with a blue belt now and some blue accessories. Blue and white just seem to go together so well when you are thinking about the cold weather and snow.


So there you have it three different looks all using the same skirt, oh and if you were wondering yes is does come in other colors. I just chose white since it fit my evil plans.
