I'm thinking one of the more steampunk-ish outfits by League. Something like Steampunk Apocalypse (V1 or V2)or the Asuka Steam outfit + boots :)
I say modern retro, ala Amy Winehouse (in better days) or Kat Von D. I'll leave the stores up to you, but I demand tattoos, pin-up hair, and red lipstick.
