The Duchess and her Cat

      Once there was a Duchess who was gifted an enchanted cat. That cat could walk and talk just like a human, only well it looked like a little black cat. The Duchess asked the cat what her name was and the cat replied, "How kind of you to ask Mi'Lady, I am called Isabel. And what may I ask shall I call you my Lady?". The Duchess thought for a moment and then replied, "As we shall be the very closest of friends you may call me Adi. I much prefer it to Duchess Adelina of Pirin".

      As time passed the two became inseparable. There favorite place to go to escape the pressures of social responsibilities, and all the pomp and circumstance of her title, was a set of ruins hidden on her lands. No one knew of their location other than Duchess Adi and Isabel. They would dance around and be silly for hours. The duchess would share her secrets there at the ruins. The pressure to marry someone of her same social standing or better. It was all too much for Duchess Adi.

The Cursed one of Bayounimba

      There once was a young woman who lived in Bayounimba who was haunted by terrible memories of a time long past. These memories plagued her greatly and not a day went by where she was not reduced to tears.



      As time wore on she became desperate for a solution, for a day without pain, so she turned to the one person she thought may be able to do something, the Witch Doctor. She begged him to rid her of these memories. He warned her that the price for such a thing was high and it could not be undone. Being desperate as she was she readily agreed to whatever the price may be. It was this hasty action that would change her life forever...

      The following morning she awoke without a care in the world, she had no memory of the events in her past, in fact she had no memories at all, save for those of the Witch Doctor. She desperately tried to remember who she was, what she was doing, but nothing came to her. She now wanders the lands of Bayounimba forgetting the names of all those she happens to meet. She now spends her time hunting down the Witch Doctor, waiting for revenge to be hers.



      One day the Cursed One will get her revenge, till then she watches and hopes no one else has the same fate befall them.

Karen the Estate Agent

      This is Karen, she is an estate agent, she has been tasked with renting out a beautiful cottage with a spacious loft style bedroom.



      As you can see Karen is quite stylish and she takes her job very seriously. So seriously in fact that she reached out to a local cleaning crew Mouse House cleaners. She figured they specialized in small home cleaning and while the loft area was spacious the house wasn't too big. The reviews were glowing so she booked them right away. Little did she know that what she was expecting and what she was getting where not the same thing. When the day arrived for the cleaners to do their thing Karen stopped by to see their progress. Boy was she shocked by what she saw!



      You can see that her mistake was purely based on grammar and how she chose to read that company's name. In the end the mouse did a wonderful job getting the home all clean and shiny, and Karen will be doing more research before hiring a company again.

Realm One of the Fantasy Faire

      At least it was the first one for me because once I hit the Junction I just picked a direction to go. This direction happened to be counter clockwise. Either way the first Fairelands I wandered into was Tensor's Flying Market, and they weren't kidding in the name. Just look at all the propellers keeping this place afloat!



      I will warn you now it is easy to get lost, at least for me, but then again that happens every year for me. Oh and the market part of the name is very true too. Not only are there the normal Creators shops you are used to seeing, there are also little...I want to say goblin, merchants around. They had all sorts of goods set up in their shops, even wine!



      As I was wandering and getting lost as one does I came upon a dancer on a stage. He was quite nimble for someone who appeared to have some for of pox upon him. Maybe he has measles?



      After my encounters with a few other merchants I was finally on my path to the next realm of the Fairelands.
