Sunday Sexiness

The other day a certain friend of mine was begging for another lingerie post from me. She seems to be the only person who wants to see me in my undies but that is okay I don't mind. She is in luck as I now have a new set of lingerie from Goth1c0.

As you can see from the pictures there are a quite a few different ways this set can be worn. Of course you can wear it like that around the grid if you are brave. I however am an admitted coward and when I needed to run out for a quick sec I decided to toss on a top over the bra.

I was able to achieve the darker look in the skirt by wearing the pants layer as well. How I felt a little less exposed and was able to do my running around. This set also comes with stockings, but I didn't wear them because something about stocking sticking up above boots bothers me. I don't know I am strange like that.

March Specials at Lazy Places

Yes I am at it again shilling for friends. What can I say they keep making stuff and I want to share. Anyway my blogging cohort (who has been to busy making stuff to blog) has decided to start offering limited edition monthly specials starting this month. Since St. Patrick's day is right around the corner and she is a pale Irish girl, like myself, she is making an appropriately themed offering. Don't worry though, these can be worn year round. Werewolves are way sexier then vampires!

With New Moon being released I couldn't help but wearing my werewolf skin and getting sexy...pin up style! I mean werewolves are so much better then vampires, at least they can go out in the sun and not look like they rolled around in body glitter. Werewolves can look fierce and sexy all at once, seriously take a look.


For the record I am not on Team Jacob, or Team Edward for that matter. Jacob is too young and Edward well, one of my daughters Barbie dolls glitters like he did. I will be waiting in the corner for all you Twihards to come after me.

Spotlight : Shine and Exile Black Swan goodies

Today I am going to focus the spotlight on Shine and Exile. These two go together like peanut butter and jelly, at least to me. So here there are being blogged together. I am wearing the Breeze hair from Exile in both these pictures which is available at Black Swan only at the moment. In the first set of photos I am wearing the Brimstone jewelry which is technically intended for the menfolk, but can easily be edited smaller for the females out there.

As the name indicates the Brimstone set is geared toward the element of fire, perfect for me! If you notice the orange looking gemstones, well the texture of these actually looking and moves like flowing lava. Sadly not something I could really capture in pictures. The other beads and medallions are carved with what looks to be a Celtic sort of design.


Next is the ladies set call Nereid. I admit I turned to Google to find out what it meant. What I learned was that Nereids are sea nymphs, making it a very fitting name for this set.

This set comes with two necklace styles, bracelets and earrings! The necklaces come in chest and spine attachment points so you can wear them together like I did.

The cascade necklace features metal waves mixed with pearls and peal-like water droplet dangling from the center, which you can't see in the pictures. The choker is made up of three strands of pearls with a rectangle medallion in the center with a water droplet almost encased in it. The bracelet is an elegant combination of both the cascade necklace and choker. The earrings take the water droplet and wraps it in the metal waves of the necklace and bracelet. I apologize for not getting better pictures of all the pieces, but think of it as motivation to go check it out for yourself.

Hitting the beach

*waits* Done yet? Yeah I stare at my cleavage too, who wouldn't? Best part about my awesome rack it that I didn't have to waste a clothing layer to get it. Bonus! See that is the new Aoki skin from Rockberry and it comes with or without the cleavage. See I am a cleavage lover, heck I even made my sweet innocent bunny not look so erm flat. But I should stop before this turns into a post all about my obsession with my own boobs. Oh no this post is all about the newness I am wearing. Bathing suit-new, necklace-new, skin-new! I already told you where I got my skin (which I haven't take off since picking it up) so that leaves the necklace and bathing suit. My swimwear is a new release from Likka House and it comes with a black and white version in the pack. It's great if you are looking for something other then a bikini.

Now the necklace that I am wearing is a new release from Naive. Leah has branched out into jewelry and I have to say her first offerings are perfect for the summer. Of course my darling 4 year old just asked me why I have a necklace on at the beach. She may have a point I would hate to lose it in the surf. Anyway the new jewelry at Naive is perfect for casual everyday wear, even at the beach!

Winding down on the Fourth

I couldn't let the fourth of July go by without busting out some red, white, and blue. I did however decide to forgo the stars and stripes because they are just not me, in either life! So there is am watching the sun set of the shining sea, maybe behind me are some majestic purple mountains for amber waves of grain. Hehe see what I did there, pretty witty, or maybe a cheesy. Any who my dress is a nice combination of muted reds and blues mix in with some white. I think I look ready for a backyard picnic in the Hamptons maybe.

Running in style

When I first saw this set at the Naive fashion show it went on my must buy list right away. Then I found out it came in yellow and that just sealed the deal. Of course I had to wait to the renovations to the Naive mainstore to be done before I could buy it. The hoodie and shorts both have little prim drawstring details, only the short are tied into a neat little bow. The shorts and hoodie both come with with whatever accent color you pick and then a black and white version. Have I mentioned lately how much I love choices? Well I do!

To finish out the look I knew I needed a ponytail and I went to one of my favorite ones, the Gwen hair from Exile. Of course I have to be an pain in the ass and wear the striped version that is no longer for sale. Sorry, but the style is fab non the less. And of course I am wearing my demi trainers from ETD. Everyone has there go to sneakers in SL and these are mine.

Lionskins newest release

Yesterday Lionskins launched their newest skins line SU complete with a launch party that I had to miss due to RL. However I do have some pretties to share with you.

Now I will be straight with you there are a few things that are key for me when I try a skin. First off is the face/makeup because really this is what 98% of the SL community sees of me, the other 2% know who they are. I will admit I am a total makeup addict. I love having a different makeup style for different looks and with 40(!) options this line delivers. Of course the shading on the nose plays a big part too and I think my nose looks quite nice in these skins, at least Sakura liked it.




Next up is the boobs. I don’t need awesome realistic looking nipples because well they are covered up most of the time. However I do look at the shading, especially when wearing different style tops because I hate it when I look flat chested when in actuality my knockers are a bit on the big side. I didn’t run into any real problems in this area.


In all honesty if the rest of the skin doesn’t make me look like Quasimodo, which these didn’t, I am a pretty happy girl. I have to admit there was one thing about these skins that caught my eye right away, and that was the stomach. It is a nice flat looking tummy without any harsh ab shading. In other words you get a nice flat tummy but still look soft and feminine. As I may have told people it is a stomach worthy of doing body shots off of.

Now for the details you may be interested in. There are 4 skin tones with 40 make-ups each and 2 brow shade options. I am no math wiz but I think that makes for a lot of skins. Anyway head on over and grab some demos because as with all skins results may vary for different shapes.
