Achariya's suggestion for my first outfit for the dress me up challenge was for me to dress up in a vintage look. Little did Ach know but this is vintage Sakura. A long time ago noobie Sakura walked into a little club called Guys & Dolls and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere, the dresses and the people. In fact that club is where I met Phire! Just for this challenge I brought out vintage Sakura....gasp! I was human! Now you all know my secret!

Achariya suggested I go to Ingenue for a dress. I picked the Sail Away dress because I have a soft spot in my heart for all things nautical. She also suggested I check out Curl up and Dye. This is a great place to go if you are looking for cute retro hair and there are even some modeled after classic TV shows! I went with the Rita hair. This hair has a color change netting on the hair with several color options making it easy to match your outfits.

I decided to go with my Periquita Shoes Fat Lulu Black for the shoes. Periquita has some incredibly cute retro pumps you should really check them out if you haven't. I own a ton of shoes from there >_< I dug in my inventory to find a pair of stockings with seams too just for Ach!

I knew I wanted to finish the whole look I wanted a soft looking skin with nice red lips, something that reminded me of the classic pin up make-ups I love so much. I decided to go with M&R Cupcakes' Plush skin in the Apricot skintone and Cateyes / Ruby Lips make-up. I chose the freckled option of the skin too.
